We’ve got you covered! If you need more tweets, you can upgrade your current plan or contact support@webdab.com to add more tweets to your current subscription plan.
Normally the balance of tweets is restored monthly when a plan is renewed and your tweets will not pass onto the next month’s balance. However, if you faced an extraordinary situation, we might be able to help. Please contact us at support@webdab.com explaining your situation.
Once the report is created and the tweets have been used, the tweets cannot be added back to your balance even if you delete the report.
You can create a free report by signing up with twitter and typing the hashtag, term, account or keyword that you need to analyze.

The free report includes only 100 tweets. Webdab Pro offers you more tweets and guarantees complete information. The free service is just a sample, it does not guarantee completeness.

Potential reach stands for the potential number of users that could have seen the hashtag or term.
Impressions (the impact) stands for the potential number of times somebody could have seen the term or hashtag.

Impressions (the impact) stands for the potential number of times somebody could have seen the term or hashtag. On the other hand, reach stands for the potential number of users that could have seen the hashtag. The impact is calculated by multiplying the tweets a user has sent by the number of followers they have. The reach is calculated by adding the number of followers every account in the report has.

Yes, you can analyze any number of accounts, terms or hashtags with Webdab Pro. The tweets and reports don’t have to be with the same search term, hashtag or user account.
