Once the report is created and the tweets have been used, the tweets cannot be added back to your balance even if you delete the report.
Normally the balance of tweets is restored monthly when a plan is renewed and your tweets will not pass onto the next month’s balance. However, if you faced an extraordinary situation, we might be able to help. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your situation.
